Mindful Capital Partners enters AI partnership with Humans.tech

Mindful Capital Partners (MCP) has entered into an agreement with Humans.tech, a pioneering company specializing in intelligent AI-based interfaces. The partnership marks a crucial step in MCP’s strategy, adding a key new pillar to its value creation toolkit for portfolio companies: digital transformation.

In an increasingly dynamic competitive landscape, digitalization and the adoption of AI-based technologies have become essential levers to ensure innovation and sustainable growth.

“Key components of the agreement with Humans.tech” – explains Alberto Camaggi, Managing Partner at MCP – “include training programs on digital and AI topics for MCP team members and the CEOs of portfolio companies, as well as analysis of the current business models, with proposals and implementation of tailored digital and AI solutions.”

The agreement will also apply to all new potential MCP investments during the preliminary assessment phase, which includes a kind of “digital due diligence” to evaluate the company’s level of digital maturity. If the investment goes through, the findings from the digital due diligence will be used to identify digital transformation opportunities and, subsequently, to develop and implement customized AI solutions.

This agreement thus represents a strategic lever for the success of companies backed by the MCP fund.

Mindful Capital Partners, which currently has 11 companies in its portfolio, has now launched fundraising for its fourth fund (“MCP IV”), with a target size of €250 million and a hard cap of €300 million.
