Ladurner Ambiente is a company that offers solutions in the environmental and waste recycling fields. The company builds and operates plants (i) for the treatment of domestic waste, (ii) for the production of renewable energy from liquid/solid waste and agricultural biomass, and (iii) for the treatment of civil and industrial effluent waters. The acquisition was completed alongside the Chinese industrial operator, Zoomlion, with whom MCP had already realized a successful investment in CIFA, to support the company’s entry into Asian markets.
