Italcer
Italcer is a build-up project aiming at the creation of a leading player in premium ceramic tile sector. The group is competitive globally, with an export share of about 80%, offering a complete range of products, including ceramic solutions for indoor and outdoor use, tiles for residential and non-residential use (both for floors and walls) and luxury bathroom furniture.
The build-up project began in May 2017 with the acquisition of La Fabbrica, focused on the production of medium/large size ceramic tiles for walls and floors.
During 2017-2018, the acquisitions of Elios, which specializes in the small/medium art tile segment, Devon&Devon, a leading luxury bathroom furniture brand, and Rondine, one of Italy’s most famous tile brands specializing in the small/medium segment, were completed. Additionally, in November 2020, the acquisition of the assets of CEDiR, which engaged in outdoor ceramic tile manufacturing, was completed.
In March 2021, Italcer Group completed the integration of the Spanish company Equipe Ceramicas, which specialises in the production of extra-small tiles for floors and walls, strengthening its position in Europe, through the complementarity of the respective product portfolios and the possibility of enjoying logistical, production and commercial synergies.
In 2022, Italcer acquired Fondovalle, a market leader in the production and sale of porcelain stoneware, slabs and tiles.
In 2023, Italcer acquired Terratinta Group S.r.l., a company specialized in designer surfaces based in Fiorano Modenese, in the heart of the ceramic district.
