During the holding period of MCP, who participated in two investment rounds, Euticals developed its strategy in several directions through a careful selection of investment targets.  The acquisition of Polichimica SAP Farmaceutici in 2010 led to a significant expansion of the product portfolio and know-how. Furthermore, as a result of the takeover in 2011 of the Archimica Group (production plants in France, Germany, Italy and the United States), the group’s industrial platform was internationalized. Minority investments were made in markets with strong potential (Pharmintraco and Tianma Tianji Biopharmaceutical).
