Dedalus is a well-known software house with specific experience in healthcare IT and operates both in public and private healthcare. During MCP’s investment period, Dedalus followed a strategy of internal development and internationalization, through acquisitions and strategic joint ventures, to reach the Asian and South American markets (also pursuing important projects in other regions, such as Northern Europe and Africa). At the time of MCP’s exit, the company operated through nearly 30 offices, of which more than half were located abroad, and over 1,000 employees in Italy, China and South America.
