Zhen Gao is one of the founders of MCP, Managing Partner, member of the Advisory Committee and Board of Directors of the Management Company.

Zhen is part of the investment team and coordinates the operations in China. Her main contributions are in the analysis of new opportunities and, in conjunction with the portfolio company’s management team, to decide on the most appropriate development strategy in the Asian markets.

Zhen has over twenty years of experience in the financial industry. Before founding MCP, Zhen worked at China EXIM bank, holding the positions of director, country manager and loan officer. Zhen holds an MBA in Finance from the China University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (majoring in Finance) from the University of International Business and Economics of China. In addition, she has participated in a CEO program at Harvard Business School, China.
