Since 2024, Fabiola has been the ESG Officer and a member of the ESG Committee at MCP. She coordinates all processes related to ESG matters at both the company and fund levels, working closely with the Portfolio Manager. Fabiola oversees pre-investment ESG due diligence, engages with portfolio companies post-investment, and collects ESG indicators throughout the holding period.

Previously, she worked as an ESG analyst at Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR p.A., an Italian asset management company, and as an equity research analyst at Intermonte Partners SIM S.p.A. and Eurizon Capital SGR S.p.A. Fabiola holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Pavia. Additionally, she has earned the Certificate in ESG Analysis and Investing from CFA Society Italy and Politecnico di Milano, as well as the Certificate in Climate and Investing from CFA UK.
